Tom is responsible for all the human resource administrative functions of French Oil Mill Machinery Co., including policy development, new hire orientations and onboarding as well as establishing all the employee benefit programs. Tom has more than 25 years of extensive business experience including new business development, strategic planning, along with employee and labor relations in a variety of business environments.

Currently, Tom serves on a number of Board of Advisors through Aileron helping private businesses grow. Tom is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with over 28 years of service around the world holding key leadership positions as an Inspector General, and as a Nuclear Weapons Field Artillery Officer in the United States, Germany, and Korea. Tom holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma City.
