This session will explore the importance of leading by pursuing and listening to a diverse set of opinions. When we build authentic relationships with many diverse minds, we are able to come up with better, more innovative ideas. The strongest leadership teams are made up of the most diverse groups. This session will explore the personal and professional importance of pursuing diverse relationships. This session will also identify strategies to navigate and preserve relationships between people who have very different perspectives.
